If you received a PV#66 error while trying to shop we have found out the problem is with Norton's Internet Security Software. Please follow along as we show you how to fix the problem.

The problem lies with one of these two programs, Norton's Internet Securities Or SystemWorks

Go to your task bar or your destop and open Norton's

Move your Mouse up to the Privacy Control section and click to highlight

 

Then click on the Turn Off button to the right

 

Now your Privacy Control will look like this and you can use the shopping cart with out issues.

Norton's says their software doesn't effect programs but it does, You can turn on the privacy when

done shopping or leave it off ( as I do, )  Hope this Helps!!  Dave
